We are looking forward to fully reopening on May 17, subject to government guidelines. Visit timeslots for the period May 17 - June 20 are now available to book online.
Due to the extended periods of closure over the past year because of the Coronavirus pandemic, we are pleased to offer the following:
- If you are in possession of an unredeemed annual ticket (ie you have not yet visited) you can redeem this at any time. There is currently no end date for the redemption of tickets.
- If you are in possession of an annual ticket and first redeemed your ticket at any point in 2020, we will extend the validity until 31 December 2021. You can make further visits on your existing ticket until this point.
We have made comprehensive and thorough preparations to enable us to open safely to visitors. Our staff and volunteers will look after you on your visit and ensure that physical distancing and visitor flow is managed carefully. You will need to buy your tickets online and book a timed slot for your visit.
