USEFUL INFORMATION

  • Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult
  • Your ticket/ tickets will be issued from the date of your first visit to Brunel’s SS Great Britain, so you can make full use of the free unlimited return visits for a year; which is included in the price of your ticket (excluding group tickets, schools, or venue hire guests).
  • When revisiting, ID must be shown to prove you are the owner of the annual ticket.

Ticket Purchases:

  • Once tickets have been purchased an email will be sent with the ticket confirmation.
  • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the email details are correct at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds or exchanges are not offered on tickets.
  • All open dated standard passenger tickets must be claimed at the attraction within one year of the purchase date.
  • Tickets may not be resold and can only be used by the original ticket holder.
  • Replacements cannot be issued for stolen tickets. Replacements may be issued for lost tickets with the provision of valid ID and concurrent information.
  • If a ticketed event (not included within the general admission price, such as Murder Mystery evenings) is cancelled for any reason then a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
  • If a ticketed event (not included within the general admission price, such as Murder Mystery evenings) is postponed for any reason then refunds or exchanges will be available within 7 days of the notification of the new event date.

PARKING PRICES

The pay and display car park at Brunel’s SS Great Britain is run by Bristol City Council. Visitors to Brunel’s SS Great Britain receive reduced rates. This discounted parking rate is only available to day visitors and not to those attending ticketed events.

We recommend visitors pay for the maximum stay possible (£12.50 for 5 hours between 9am – 7pm) and redeem their voucher in the Visitor Centre for partial reimbursement.

Please be aware that the machines only take coins, and we are unable to exchange notes in the Visitor Centre. You can also pay by phone, or sign up for RingGo before your visit to make parking even easier.

Where available, Guided Tours of the site can be booked.
