SS Great Britain Weather Deck Grand Reopening – Guest of Honour prize
You can enter the competition by subscribing to our e-newsletter and opting in for the prize draw. If you are already a subscriber, you will be sent an email asking if you would like to opt in to the competition.
At the end of the competition all valid entries will be put into a random draw with the winner contacted via email.
The winner must be available on the 31 August 2024 to attend the event.
The prize is the opportunity to be our ‘Guest of Honour’ for the day on the 31 August 2024 as part of our Weather Deck Grand Reopening celebration. This includes:
- Leading the procession with Mr. Brunel and ringing the ship’s bell.
- A family lunch with stunning views of Bristol harbour at the Harbourside Café.
- A special goody bag from the Gift Shop worth £50, including a souvenir made from the old deck wood.
- An annual Family Ticket (x2 Adults and x2 Children) for Brunel’s SS Great Britain. Valid for unlimited visits for one year from 31 August 2024.
The competition ends at midnight on Thursday 22 August 2024 with the winner drawn shortly after and notified via email.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The tickets are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
