Brunel the Engineer Workshop

 

Education workshop suitable for children working at Key Stage 1.

 

Learn about Brunel and his achievements though a range of his projects.

Discover what powers the SS Great Britain and how its steam engine works.

Have a go at powering a model of the screw propeller.

Find out why an iron ship floats.

 

Price: £3 per child. Adults are free but must be booked in.

Capacity: 30 people per workshop
