Victorians at Christmas Workshop

Education workshop suitable for children working at Key Stage 1 or 2

Discover how the Victorians’ celebrated Christmas and how many of their Christmas traditions are still used today. Get ‘hands on’ with objects, play with toys and Christmas party games, dress up and create some traditional Christmas crafts

Price: £3 per participating child, £1 per non-participating child and adults free. Due to room capacity, everyone coming into the workshop must have a workshop ticket, including non-participating children and accompanying adults. 

Times: 10:30-12:00, 13:00-14:30

Duration: 1h 30mins
Please note this is a drop-in workshop so you can arrive and leave at any time during your booked session, however we recommend allowing 30-45mins.

Location: Medlock classroom, Dockyard Museum

Due to room capacity everyone coming into the workshops must have a workshop ticket, including non-participating children and accompanying adults. Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate buggies in the Medlock.
