1. By agreeing to be surveyed, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. The promoter is: SS Great Britain Trust. SS Great Britain Trust is a registered charity in England and Wales (no 202918) and Scotland (SC039042). This competition is not being run in association with Love2Shop Vouchers and the use of Love2Shop Vouchers as prizes is not an endorsement or affiliation with the brand.

Eligibility

3. Participants aged 18 or over and who are resident in England, Scotland or Wales are eligible to enter.

4. You cannot enter the prize draw if you are a paid colleague of SS Great Britain Trust.

5. To be eligible, you must complete the survey in full. If you only complete part of the survey or do not provide your email consent, you may miss out.

6. Only one survey submission per person is permitted.

7. Your response must be received by the survey end date. The survey is expected to remain open until 5th December 2025.

Winners

8. The winner will be chosen by SS Great Britain Trust from a random draw of entries using a random number generator.

9. The winner will be contacted via email by 17th December 2025. If a winner does not respond within 10 days of being notified by SS Great Britain, then the prize will be allocated to someone else using the same process above.

10. SS Great Britain Trust’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

11. The prize consists of one £75 Love2Shop voucher and two runner-up prizes of a £30 Love2Shop voucher each.

12. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash or any other prize.

13. SS Great Britain Trust may substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

General

14. SS Great Britain Trust does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that SS Great Britain Trust does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

15. SS Great Britain Trust reserves the right to make any reasonable amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any stage. In this event, this notice will be updated.

16. Personal data will only be used by SS Great Britain Trust for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be retained after the competition. Any personal information collected by SS Great Britain Trust in connection with this prize draw will be used in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

17. The winner will be contacted via the email they provide. SS Great Britain Trust will not accept responsibility if incorrect or inaccurate contact details are provided.

18. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19. By participating you hereby release Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
