2. The promoter is: SS Great Britain Trust. SS Great Britain Trust is a registered charity in England and Wales (no 202918) and Scotland (SC039042).

3. Participants aged 18 or over and who are resident in England, Scotland or Wales are eligible to enter.

4. You cannot participate in the focus group if you are a paid colleague of SS Great Britain Trust.

5. To be eligible for the incentive (complimentary day-pass to SS Great Britain site, complimentary meal at The Board Walk restaurant, and £10 credit to spend at the SS Great Britain gift shop) you must fully participate in the focus group.

6. The incentive cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash or any other complimentary experience.

7. SS Great Britain Trust does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the focus group, save that SS Great Britain Trust does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

8. SS Great Britain Trust reserves the right to make any reasonable amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any stage. In this event, this notice will be updated.

9. Any personal information collected by SS Great Britain Trust in connection with this focus group will be used in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

10. The focus group and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. By participating you hereby release Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
