Terms and Conditions

To make use of this offer, tickets must be purchased and first used during the month that your ‘West of England Mayoral Combined Authority Birthday Bus Pass’ is valid.

Up to six people (tickets or people included within family tickets) can be included per transaction under this offer. One member of the party must have a valid Birthday Bus Pass on the first visit date.

You must present your valid Birthday Bus Pass (one per party visiting) during that first visit to validate your tickets.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All annual tickets are included in this Birthday Bus Pass offer – adult, child, student and family – and should be booked online.

This offer is also applicable to walk-up purchases, including Universal Credit Tickets and Refugee Tickets which are not available for purchase online.

Your annual ticket provides unlimited free return visits throughout the year including exciting family programming at October half term, May half term’s Passenger Takeover and much more. It excludes entry (first visits or revisits) to the Victorian Christmas Weekend(s): 7 and 8 December 2024; dates to be determined in 2025.

This offer is valid for the duration of the ‘West of England Mayoral Combined Authority Birthday Bus Pass’ scheme 2024-25: 1 December 2024 through 30 November 2025.

Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
