You will be recognised for your support in the heart of the new Museum, receive a certificate in thanks and be gifted a ticket welcoming you to the museum once open in Summer next year.

Step Into History

Sponsor a plank on the pathway in the heart of the Dockyard Museum where we will add your name or the name of a loved one on a unique brass plaque.

Your name and support will be at the centre of our new story.

Sponsor a Yard of the Yard

Sponsor a yard of the original iron mainyard that sat high on the SS Great Britain’s masts pushing her forward on her global voyages.

Your sponsorship will be recognised as part of our new journey.

Terms and Conditions

· Sponsorships of the planks and yard are a one off payment to the SS Great Britain Trust.

· By sponsoring an item, it allows no transferral of ownership or rights to the keeping of the item.

· The Museum may move recognition from display temporarily or permanently for essential operational or conservation reasons. You will be notified in advance of any such changes.

· We would like to publicly thank you for your sponsorship, a member of team will be in touch with more details for recognising your support in the Dockyard Museum.

· The recognition may be installed following the initial reopening of the Dockyard Museum, final installation dates will be confirmed with you.
