Ticket enquiries

Brunel’s SS Great Britain is currently closed between Thursday 5 November and Wednesday 2 December.

Due to the national lockdown we have had to close our dockyard gates for the time being. We hope to reopen as soon as we are allowed to in a Covid-safe manner.

If you have purchased an annual ticket but have not yet visited:

You have 12 months from date of purchase to redeem your ticket, and once redeemed allows you to visit as many times as you like within 12 months.

If your twelve-month redemption period does not expire during the site closure you continue to have twelve months’ worth of use from your ticket from activation so we will not be able to extend the validity.

If your twelve-month redemption period expires during the national lockdown we will extend the redemption period by the length of the site closure.

I have an activated annual ticket and wanted to visit again during the lockdown period:
