The ship and adjacent contemporary conference spaces can accommodate any event, from meetings and conferences to impressive gala dinners and networking receptions. 

For a corporate event that will inspire delegates, our corporate packages combine day hire of purpose-built conference facilities with exclusive evening hire of the ship for an impressive drinks reception or first class dinner.

The Conference and Drinks Reception Package includes:

  • Day use of conference spaces and use of audio visual equipment
  • Buffet lunch and three servings of tea & coffee with biscuits throughout the day
  • Exclusive use of the ship’s Promenade Deck or Weather Deck for drinks reception from 5.30pm for three hours
  • A selection of reception drinks
  • A selection of freshly made canapés 
  • An exclusive tour of the historic ship after-hours with knowledgeable stewards

£75.00 + vat pp (minimum 50 delegates)

  • The ‘Great Britain’ three course dinner menu 
  • Half bottle of house wine with dinner  
  • A steward led tour of the historic ship
