This half term visitors are invited to try our foodie themed events on board.
Events on board include:
- Tantalise your taste buds with some deliciously disgusting delicacies that would have been cooked up on board, in Brunel’s ss Great Britain’s very own ‘I’m a First Class Passenger get me out of here!’ (Oct 27, 29 & 30) Food-tasting sessions: 11:30am and 2:30pm.
- Meet the man behind the ship, Britain’s greatest engineer, Mr Brunel (Oct 22 to 30, except Wednesday) 10am to 4pm.
- ‘Food glorious food’ trails for children, which encourage youngsters to explore the site and help the captain to remember who he’s invited to his dinner party (under 8’s); or discover the more gruesome elements to recipes on board with ‘The Floating Cook’s Recipe Book’ trail with scratch and sniff answers page
All events are included in admission. Find out more
