Supporting your child’s school work
A visit to the ss Great Britain is a memorable learning experience to inspire children (and adults!) in Science, Geography, History, Design and Technology, Literacy and Art. A visit can support your child’s school work:
Key Stage 1 children often study Brunel
Key Stage 2 lessons explore the Victorian era
Key Stage 3 pupils revisit the Victorian era Britain 1750-1900
Key Stage 4 pupils study the Industrial Revolution.
Brunel will be visiting throughout the year, so why not take the opportunity to ask him about his designs.
Please note with all activities we expect you to stay and support your child throughout to maximise the benefit.
