Group arrival times
Open daily from 10am (except December 24 and 25 and January 11 2010).
Please specify your anticipated time of arrival, when making your booking.
Dropping off and collecting your group
There is a coach and car park next to the Ticket Office.
A coach switch off policy is in operation in the car park. Please ensure coach drivers turn off the engine on arrival.

Payment
Payment is made on arrival. Most major credit cards and cheques (supported with a banker’s card up to a prescribed limit) are accepted. Please make cheques payable to ‘ss Great Britain’. Alternatively you can arrange for an invoice to be sent to your organisation/business.
Tickets
Once you have made your booking, tickets will be available for collection at the Ticket Office.
