Linden Homes, the award-winning national house builder and urban regeneration specialist, is working with the ss Great Britain Trust to regenerate the Great Western Dockyard alongside Brunel’s famous ship.

At the heart of Bristol’s historic harbour, Linden Homes is creating 145 new one and two bed, luxury apartments. With unrivalled waterfront views across the city, they will be ready from September 2009.

Carefully designed to capture the character of the original Victorian dockyard, the development will provide a fitting and authentic backdrop to the ss Great Britain in the original dry dock.

This includes the recreation of the Great Western Steamship Company’s original 1839 Steamship Engine Works that stood on the site until it was destroyed during World War II.

Visitors can meet the sales team and view plans at Linden Homes marketing suite, next to the Maritime Heritage Centre.  For further information or to register interest in the apartments call Linden Homes on 0845 676 0127 or go to the Linden Homes website.
