Events steward Bob Evans received a national award for ‘Outstanding Customer Service’ in April 2009.
Bob, who has worked for the ss Great Britain Trust for more than 20 years, was named a gold winner for the ‘EnjoyEngland Excellence Awards’ at a glittering ceremony in the National Railway Museum in York on Thursday evening (April 23).
